iOS 13 for iPad will not be released today. We waiting iPadOS for 24-th September. Why?
Despite the fact that iOS 13 for iPad (iPadOS 13) is not a part of iOS 13, being a separate operating system, Cupertino postponed its release until September 24, as well as iOS 13.1. This decision is more than justified in the case of iPadOS, considering how much work had to be done by developers to isolate one platform from another, and then expand its functionality to meet the requirements of tablet computers.
Mouse support has become a key feature of iOS 13. No night theme, no adaptive charging caused such unanimous approval from users. However, in iOS 13, the mouse works with serious limitations, not allowing, in particular, to use the scroll wheel outside the application “Settings”. In iOS 13.1, this flaw will be fixed, although mouse support as such will still be a “Universal access” feature.
