Apple Plans to Hold Licensing Seminar in China for Making Lightning Accessories

According to a report from iLounge, Apple has made significant changes to its Made For iPad/iPhone/iPod (MFi) policies, tightening control over the manufacturing of Lightning accessories. Only Apple-approved manufacturing facilities will be allowed to produce Lightning connector accessories, even including third-party accessories. Apple hasn’t approved any factories yet, which the sources say will limit the number of Lightning accessories available in the near future. Apple is planning an MFi “seminar”soon, where it will discuss changes to the program and the rules for developing Lightning accessory. The seminar will be held in November in China, which third-party Lightning accessories could be manufactured in time for holiday sale. We are wondering how much money can Apple earn on the new licensing program. Are you willing to buy fxcking expensive accessories for your iPhone 5 and the upcoming iPad mini ?
