Tablets like the iPad are quickly sneaking up on laptops as the preferred device for surfing the web while traveling. But one of the biggest drawbacks to the functionality of the iPad is its lack of a real keyboard. Typing anything longer than a Facebook status or a Tweet on your iPad can seem frustrating. Black Friday is the biggest shopping day of the year in the US. There are tons of deals everywhere, and all Americans can’t wait to stock up on some cheap gadgets. However, the big bargains have led to violence in the past, shoppers were fighting with each other for amazing deals. So, are you ready for this?
BYD is a top high-tech enterprise in China specializing in IT, automobile and new energy. And recently, BYD debut an Android Tablet and an Android smartphone in GSM Mobile Asia Congress held in Hong Kong, which were so eyes catching in the BYD booth. Let’s have a peek at those machines past the break.
Well, this is not the first iPod style phone that we had spotted, there was a similar one had showed up in HKEF previously but we would say this looks better and more stylish. The iPod Style phone features a 2.0-inches resistive display (240×320), bases on MTK platform, acquires two cameras in front and back, supports dual SIM dual standby and bluetooth. What shall we call this? Perhaps, Watch Phone? It looks like some sort of futuristic phone but it actually is from Shenzhen, so this might just for fun. Anyway, we are going to take a deep look of it.
First of all, this tablet is “Gpad 701″, a Shanzhai tablet favours the look of HTC smart-phones and iPad user interface. Take a deep look at the interface, it is only a trick that did by Android. The Gpad is supporting 1080p video playback and external 3G network, such as WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, EVDO.
Unfortunately, the mainland China will not have Microsoft’s Kinect on sale in the market because of the policy set by Chinese government. However, there will be a similar machine revealed called the “ebox” which is a controller-free gaming console from “Beijing eedoo”. It is likely to have about 30 motion control games as the bonus with the gaming console, and expected to be released in late 2011.
A Taiwan Designer “Hank Chen” brings us an innovation today, this phone features at a five-inches retractable screen. This concept shot can’t really show this feature, but the following shot will explain it.
This mouse seems like quite expensive and boasts that it includes multi-touch. If you know about Apple Magic Mouse, I believe you understand what is a mouse with Multi-touch function.
