Every spring season in Dongyang city, at Zhejiang province, the urine of young boys is collected from primary school and used to cook eggs. The eggs are soaked in the urine and then boiled. After it is cooked, the eggs will be crack and continue to simmer them for hours, to absorb all that uric acid. Vendors say it takes an entire day to make the delicacy.
