The tiny-mini Olympus E-PL2 toy/cellphone strap is cute, and it becomes a perfect accessory when toy figurines get their hands on it.
We don’t care who makes the smallest camera, since we just got our hands all over the tiny, mini form of Olympus E-PL2. It’s real, but non-functional.

This is amazing. A Hong Kong resident, TM Wong, sets a Guinness World Record for having the most instant cameras in the world, with his collection totaling 1,042 cameras—or so he told Guinness. Well, he could use a different one each day for nearly three years. More photos after the break.

Here it is folks, the Meizu M9. It’s the M8-successor and it’s an Android smartphone. The screen is gorgeous, UI is beautiful, and the thing does not look like an iPhone 4. You don’t call it an iPhone 4 wannabe, or knockoff, it’s a new member in the Android mobile world. Let us tell you the first impression: this thing is just different.

Someone in Beijing is naughty enough to use a portable infrared camera to videotape divers and post the nude clips onto the web. Chinese diving queen Guo Jingjing got the most attention due to her entire body was clearly seen.
I think the installation of voice and video recorders in taxis is totally unacceptable. Taxis in Beijing, Chongqing, and Wuhu are bugged with a device combining global positioning and camera, which somehow makes passenger feels uncomfortable for being watched all the time. The device can be activated remotely, or when a driver switched on the taximeter. The remote control works at any time and without the driver’s knowledge, for a live listen and watch into any one of the city’s cabs. Here’s another interesting gadget from China, the 2-in-1 camera connection kit for iPad. Unlike the original from Apple, this little thing includes a USB port and a SD card slot together, so you would not need two pockets for keeping.
There’s a knockoff for everything, including the Sony digital video camcorder. This Sony HD-65E has 3 inches display, a 5 million pixel CMOS image sensor, 6x digital zoom. It supports 720p video recording and HDMI output. And it just sells for $530 Chinese yuan (about $78).
This is an explosive-removal robot made-in-china. It’s been ordered to take out “suspected explosives” from a car boot under the remote control of a Chinese policeman. The bot is equipped with a 4-directional cameras and is able to run over various obstacles… Here’s the main point, we think the remote control looks like an arcade machine…
