
Two months ago, Chinese famous DVD player maker BBK announced Vivo X1, a 6.55mm thin smartphone that took over OPPO Finder as the world’s thinnest smartphone. Chinese famous DVD player maker BBK just launches a smartphone in Beijing. As expected, Vivo X1 is an audio focused smartphone with a super slim body at 6.55mm, which means it took over OPPO Finder as the world’s thinnest smartphone. We’re saying it looks like an iPhone 5 is because its back cover’s design reminds us all the previous iPhone 5’s rumors — two-tone design and the tear-drop design. Stil remember BBK, the famous Chinese DVD player maker? After a glimpse of its Vivo X1 (rumored to be the next world’s thinnest smartphone), there’re some other sources saying the manufacture is going to reveal a phablet in its Vivo’s series lineup at the launch event in November as well. Allegedly, the phablet will have similar configuration as Oppo Find 5 and HTC Butterfly J — Full HD display, a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core chip, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and 13 megapixel rear camera…But there’re two things that Vivo’s phablet might be greater than Find 5 and Butterfly J — a bigger display and a battery with larger capacity (3,000 mAh).
