The phone is built by Apple supplier Foxconn, and you might be interested to see how it is made in the factory. Baidu said they will announce a tie-up next week for new mobile devices, which is going to be similar when Dell launched a smartphone running on Baidu’s Yi platform last December. The new smartphone will run an upgraded version of Baidu Yi — called Baidu Cloud. Besides, the executive teased details of the launch that the company will announce a few partnerships next week, and that’s probably indicating Foxconn and ZTE or perhaps some other handset makers.
