China has approved a pilot program to integrate services provided by telecom companies, Internet service providers and cable television networks. 12 cities are approved to conduct the program, including well-known cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. The program, known as “three networks integration” in Chinese, aims to make the three systems compatible and allow users to make telephone calls, surf the Internet and watch television through only one cable or wireless entrance. Currently, TV, telecom and Internet networks are separated in China, and different operators provide access to cable TV, telecommunications and the Internet. We just hope that the GFW won’t be integrate into this all-in-one service too.

The Vaio VPCF11 and VPCCW2 laptops which are produced between December 2009 and February 2010 will be recalled. The bad news is that Sony needs to handle a total of 55,362 units which are bring sold in the Chinese market…
