Been living at Hong Kong for quite awhile and I love the local food very much. What I love most is this BBQ pork rice, my favorite for lunch and dinner. Chinese called it as “Char Siu” rice, which is actually rice with roasted pork. People at Hong Kong love it and they add a fried egg and vegetables to make it more tasty. It’s a must try when you are in China.
