An unusual levels of mercury has been found in baby milk powder produced by China’s top dairy producer – Yili. After government inspectors discovered the mercury contamination, the company has started recalling its baby formula products for children six months to three years old that was produced from last November to this May. The inspectors has examined samples from 715 infant formula products, covering all domestic’s formula producers. Yili is the only baby milk powder company known to have a mercury contamination problem. Simultaneously, Chinese social media has started to ban keyword search on ‘Yili milk powder’, and authorities have restricted the press for less coverage on the news …

Previously, a young girl had fallen through the pavement into a sinkhole while using her cellphone, now a vehicle has fell into a sinkhole too while driving on the road in Guilin city, located at Southern China. Have you ever seen a telephone pole broken into two pieces but still standing straight? This was spotted inside a public park in Guilin, a city in the southern China. The pole is owned by China Telecom, and it got knocked down by a vehicle in April. In order to fix it, the company used its adhesive tapes and some iron wires to bind the broken parts together.

What? Someone showed up on the roof of an Apple store in Beijing’s Sanlitun district yesterday afternoon, and sprayed a red graffiti “O” on the steel wall of the Apple store.
