Shenzhen MTR Station
Just want to show you guys how I spent my weekend happily in the place where knockoff gadgets are born. Shenzhen is definitely a great place to spend your free time.

Starting off with the first pic, it’s taken at the train station at the moment I arrived to this city. The big banner says ” Beggars are banned ” really caught my attention as I didn’t really know Shenzhen doesn’t welcome beggars.

Italian Food @ Shenzhen
Sat down for my first meal at Shenzhen, spaghetti and much more.

There’s a wide variety of side-dishes to choose from, and having lunch or dinner here only cost you not more than $50 RMB (about $7+). You know I’m cheapskate.

Shenzhen Cheap Hotel
Of course, I need to find a place to stay for my 2-day trip in Shenzhen and here’s 7Days Inn, a budget hotel in China. It provides high-quality and cheap rooms for you, plus a discount for internet-booking. You will only need to pay $119 RMB (internet-booking price) for a room to stay for a night, and if you are lucky, you get further-on discount if you are a registered member. Definitely affordable for everyone.

Hairdryer for Public Use
Hair dryers are not provided in the rooms, but no worries, there’s one prepared for you outside your room.

Amazing, 15 yrs ago, China is a nation with roads hardly see a few cars but bicycles.
Today, China without those Chinese sign and Chinese, you would think of you are still in one of the American city near China Town. Think of it, pretty scary on the speed of change.

I love those Chinese foods. Some bad, some good, some you don’t even dare to touch beside tasting it, some are just too delicious that you couldn’t get your mind off once you tasted it. Someone once told me, you could travel eat across china for a yr, you may still unable to completely finish all the variety dishes, north, east, south, west, central and coastal, each region has it’s uniqueness.
