The iPad mini Wannabe

iPad mini

The rumored iPad mini is not yet ready for announcement, but we have a knockoff at here. Let me introduce to you, the first ever iPad wannabe, RAmos W11.

At first sight, I thought it’s the new iPad with smaller screen. After looking carefully, it’s just a new portable media player from RAmos, a media player manufacturer from Shenzhen. This iPad mini wannabe we seeing here is still in production, we can see the front glass panel and the rear panel in the photos below.

This RAmos W11 is a seven-inch-screened version of the iPad, and it will be based on Android 2.1 OS. It comes with a capacitive touchscreen and the aspect ratio of the display is exactly the same as Apple’s iPad. Further tech specs are unknown and we will keep you updated on it. Here’s a concept shot of the device.
