Hong Kong DimSum Cart also installed with Display Screen

Not much DimSum cart can be seen in Hong Kong Restaurant now, but those carts suddenly appear in Hong Kong again, which turns out modern and hi-tech. In the following, I am going to show you this particular Chinese Restaurant, and some delicious Chinese DimSum. Get your mouth open.

This kind of DimSum cart only exists in Maxim’s Palace Chinese Restaurant, and the company has a lot of branch stores all over Hong Kong.

Let’s move on to the interior of Maxim’s Palace.

Of course, Maxim’s Palace should design looks like a palace, serve customers with the most comfortable area.

Have you ever seen that many tables in an enormous restaurant in your country? Perhaps this scene can only be seen in some restaurants in China.

The restaurant also used the palace style bowl and teapot.

On each table, there is a number for it, and the purpose is to allow the staff to organize people sits and easy for the staffs to take your order. So, don’t be naughty to them take away, because they are really important.

This is the old style DimSum cart, you can see through what is inside the cart in order to choose what DimSum you want to eat. It is quite similar to buffet, but someone will serve for you in Hong Kong.

Some of them actually got light built inside the cart, but not for decoration, the purpose is to keep the DimSum Warm.

We used those sorts of container to cook the DimSum and also serve the food with those containers. You might have seen it if you have ever been to a Chinese Restaurant.

For example, they serve this DimSum like this. Have a guess of what is inside the green thing.

The answer is Stream Rice with some pork meats. It is delicious. You got to tried this if you are going to the restaurant.

This is what the staffs to record how much DimSum you have eaten. And we called this “DimSumChi”, tell the waiter to give you one if your table hasn’t got one, otherwise you can’t order foods.
