HP Mini 5101 Knockoff Updated With 5 Shortcut Buttons

Here’s the updated model of the HP Mini 5101/5102 knockoff. It’s one of the best Shanzhai netbooks we have ever seen in Shenzhen, and it’s as solid as the original, bringing us a 11.6 display and 95-percent chiclet keyboard. Most importantly, it’s half the price of the original.
Just like any netbooks on the market, it’s powered by Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor with GMA 3150 graphics, included with 1GB of RAM (up to 2GB) and 160GB hard drive (upgradeable to 250GB or 320GB), Wi-Fi, SD card slot, three USB ports, LAN port, VGA-out, and a 3-cell battery. The 11.6-inch display gives you 2 kinds of resolutions, 1024 X 600 or 1366 X 768, that means you could choose which one you prefer when you’re purchasing the machine.
You get a sturdy, lightweight anodized aluminum display enclosure with a black, brushed finish for this HP Mini 5101 knockoff. Pretty nice.
On top of the keyboard, there’s a row of buttons and indicator lights. Users can control media playback, volume, webcam and more by using the 5 shortcut buttons.
You can access the RAM, hard drive and wireless card by removing the “big door” from the bottom of the netbook.
As a bonus, there’s a SIM card slot for you to insert your 3G SIM card to connect to the internet. For all of these stuff, you can get this HP mini 5101 knockoff for just $1700 Chinese yuan (about $250). You can add $30 yuan (about $4) to get higher resolution (1366 X 768) for the display. This is insanely cheap…
