Shanghai Apple Store Provides Umbrella To Keep Customers Dry

Free Umbrella To Keep Customers Dry

Apple offers an umbrella to you when rain starts to fall, in today’s launch of the new retail store in Shanghai. Everyone gets one for free from the security guards, but you need to return it when you step in the store… And guess what? There’s a way to buy it.

Looks like this Apple umbrella provides a great protection against the rain, with its “double layer” design. It’s made in a large size which can cover up a couple under the rain. This umbrella is available for sale at China’s on-line shopping website, Taobao, for just $78 Chinese yuan (about $11). We found out there’s a knockoff version, for just $16 yuan (about $2). Apparently, this Apple umbrella looks like the simple one from Muji, a famous lifestyle store in Japan…
