No kidding, Foxconn CEO’s little brother is planning to open 100 Apple retail outlets in China, within three years time. The two brothers, may join forces together to build the best Apple Premium Reseller store and transform tech gadgets into Louis Vuitton.
Many of you do not know about Foxconn CEO’s little brother. He is Gou Tai-chang, the boss of Taiwan’s number one Apple Premium Reseller store, Studio A. It was established way back in 2007 being the first Apple Premium Reseller store in Taiwan, and has expanded to a total of 24 outlets within a year. Thus, T.C. Gou created the biggest Apple retail outlet in Taiwan.

T.C. Gou told reporters that the company, which also sells Apple’s iProducts and accessories, planned to expand the number of its retail outlets in China to 100 within three years. Looks like the scale of Hong Kong’s Studio A outlet is 3000 square ft, and T.C. Gou thinks that Apple is picky on the location and decoration of the stores, so he wants to provide the finest-experience for every retail outlets. Although Studio A is not an official Apple Retail Store, but it can be a mini version since it’s providing a similar service and environment to consumers.
What’s more, T.C. Gou is also the CEO of Foxlink, the company which sells connectors, cable assemblies, power management devices, battery packs and… supplies Xbox components. As far as we know, Studio A is owned by Foxlink while operated by its parent company, Cheng Uei Precision Industry Co.

Surprisingly, T.C. Gou was the general manager of Foxconn parent company, Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., before starting his work in Foxlink. Besides Gou Tai-ming, he is the only guy who served as the GM of the hell factory. According to sources, the two brothers may be working together to build a specialize retail shop, in a more fashionable way. We believe there are some connections behind this Studio A retail store with Foxconn. Please stay tuned for more information.
