More China Cities to Have New-energy Vehicles

China is promoting clean-energy vehicles for public transportation in seven more cities on top of the 13 cities that began promoting such vehicles last year. In 2009, a total of 13 cities, including Beijing and Shanghai, started promoting hybrid, electric, and energy-efficient vehicles for taxi, bus, sanitation and post office use. The Chinese government will provide subsidies to authorities for promotion of such vehicles, and introduce green-car subsidy program that is designed to boost the nation’s auto industry and cut vehicle emissions. Well, looks like the Chinese government really giving a great push to these new-energy vehicles, may be they can also give some help on those knock-off electric car-makers. Yes, we have knock-off electric car!! Here’s an interesting video we have found.
