More Suicide Attempts From Foxconn ?

Some of the popular major websites (Link 1, Link 2, Link 3) have reported that the 14, 15 and even 16th jump have taken place. The source came from Twitter and several forums in China. In the meantime, there is no official words from any authorities regarding the issues. According to China Business News report, the Chinese government has sent in a special investigation team to handle the mess, so we guess censorship has been activated on the major news report in China. Foxconn’s CEO Gou Tai-ming has made another trip back to the plant, no public appearance yet, so web rumors are flying off.

At the meantime, more news report on the 13th suicide attempt. The incident was rumored as the 13th jump of Foxconn, and the company has already officially denied the rumor. The incident happened on May 27th early morning, there was an employee attempted to slit her wrists and survived after medical treatment. The suicide attempt came after the 12th Jump which happened on May 26th. We have found detailed TV news report from Taiwan media.
