Malata laptop inspiring the feel of Macbook

Guess what is so surprising of this machine? This is a 13.3-inch laptop based on Intel Atom D510 processor (Dual-core), and D510 is one of the latest Intel CPU which only suit in nettops and netbooks. However, Malata decided to use it in this 13.3-inch laptop which brought satisfiable performance.

This laptop is called Malata A223, it comes with white color and a silver “Malata” Logo on the shell. The outlook of it has inspired a little bit of the feeling of Apple Macbook. This is probably we are deeply impressed by Apple representative color. A223 has installed with a built-in camera of 1.3 mega pixel, definitely the quality of image wouldn’t be foremost.

The thickness of the laptop measured to be 26 mm, if it had added the battery on it, the thickness rise to 35 mm.

Malata A223 powered by 1.66 GHz Intel D510, 1GB of Ram and a 160GB Hard drive. Unfortunately, its display is a 16:10 (1280×800) even the package was written is a 16:9 LED Screen.

Basically, the ports provided with on this laptop included the power, VGA, USB (x3), Audio Jack, Ethernet and card-reader. If there has HDMI, it would be a lot appreciated.

The touchpad support multi-gestures, not multi-touch however.

The purpose of the button in between is to lock the touchpad which could be useful sometimes.

Battery volume of 11.1V 4400mAh which can endure for about 3 hours and 40 minutes, it is a reasonable length of endurance for a 13-inch laptop. For such a laptop, Malata costs us $3000 RMB (around $429) and you can get a 13-inch laptop with dual core, wouldn’t be desirable?
