iRiver Release e-Dictionary for China only

This e-dictionary is called “iriver D8″, especially designed for the Chinese in learning English. Surely, there are a majority of people in China don’t speak English, and the quality of life in China is rapidly improving in recent year, so for them to afford an e-dictionary is possible.
Not so sure whether the e-dictionary has got another color.
