Discrimination?…Few days ago, the government officials forcibly shut down a Christmas Gala organised by Christians in Xitan village (溪坦村) in Zhejiang province, the situation was like “a dog biting a rat“. Video after the break…
With the group of Christians claimed, the official damaged a mixing console, an electric piano, punched and injured five worshippers. But the official denied and claimed it was the believer hit them first.
So, what makes the authority crack down the gala? The official explained, regulations forbid worship outdoors, therefore they had already requested the gala to cancel a day ago and here is what the deputy director in Ruian city said:
“We told them that any outdoors event of a religious nature is strictly banned from being organized, and that’s what it states in the government rule on religion.”
