The incident spread rapidly into many netizens’ ears after Luo posted his misfortune on Weibo, many netizens greatly echo on the internet that they have the same problem as well.
Apparently, Siemens has been avoiding the issue. Luo Yonghao was fired up and managed to convene other victims to protest at Siemens headquarters in Beijing by wrecking Siemens refrigerators. No matter how hard they smashed, no one came out from Siemens responded to the incident.
The demonstration smashed three problematic refrigerators and submitted a written request to urge Siemens to give recognition of product issues, to stop shirk responsibility, to stop ignoring the demands of consumers and also recall the problem refrigerators.
