i still don’t understand where the parents were when the accident happened. why was the 2 year old walking around by herself on the street. what took the parents so long to finally look for her? i have a 2 and 4 year old myself. they are never out of my sight, especially in public. as much as the the drivers of the vehicles are responsible, the parents are responsible first. there is absolutely no excuse for letting a 2 yr old little girl walk around by herself.

my condolences to the family of Yue Yue. may her soul rest in peace.

    i cannot forgive her parents…sorry.

What I understood from other sources – her parents have a stall in that market. Possibly, they were taking Yueyue to the market when they worked, and just couldn’t pay attention to her every minute.

You cannot forgive her parents?????  Her mom took her eyes off her for just a minute while she rushed outside (Yue Yue was inside at that time) to get laundry as a heavy rain was beginning. I think her parents, who are good and humble people, have more than enough pain to deal with right now without having fools like you making presumptious and half-assed comments based on ignorance of the facts.
