An App For All Chinese Scalpers, Is it really useful?

I believe most of you guys would understand what do scalpers do if you are our loyal reader. Recently, we discover an iPhone app that is specifically made for all Chinese scalpers. It named “On Sale (開賣喇)”, which notified users when there are iPhone 4/4S available for purchase. It is now available at US$0.99 on app store.
