iPhone 5 Screen Protector Reveals Bigger Screen, Super Size Home Button

While we’ve seen a number of iPhone 5 cases in recent weeks, it’s about damn time for some more iPhone 5 speculation! The latest? Our friends at Hong Kong-based Unwire.hk have got their hands on an alleged iPhone 5 screen protector.

The screen protector shows the next iPhone having a bigger screen and a wider home screen button. Closer look below.

Is this real? Well, we’re not sure. But we found another iPhone 5 screen protector from Chinese trade site Alibaba.com.

Looking at the screen protector, it reminds us of the photo below.

The pic above is believed to have been taken at a Wintek plant. It appears to show the first clear view of the iPhone 5 touch-screen featuring notably different accommodations for an elongated “gesture” home button, and a larger form factor. So, could this be the screen protector for Apple’s next iPhone? Probably.
