The company wishes Steve Jobs will get well and they think Tim Cook has shown good work as a stand-in CEO during Jobs’ absences and expect Apple will still perform well in the future. Foxconn said that the relationship between the new CEO has been very close and expect will become even closer in future.During June, Foxconn chairman Terry Gou, has already commented on Steve Jobs, saying that Apple’s products are very difficult to manufacture and his company has helped Apple make a lot of money. Gou believes Steve Jobs is a great man and was impressed with Jobs’ passion at his work …

Manufacture companies from Taiwan or China are traditionally tight-lipped and avoid commenting on their business’ partners. It is a bit surprising Foxconn would put out a statement on Steve Jobs’ resignation and give best wishes to the ex-CEO. Foxconn is Apple’s largest contract manufacturer and as such has been instrumental in ramping up manufacturing to meet the growing demand for Apple’s gadgets around the world. The two companies have contributed to each other’s successes in ways more than one and not even the controversial hell-factory could tarnished Apple’s reputation. We certainly believe Tim Cook will have the best cooperation with Foxconn, as the new Apple’s CEO has been responsible for Apple’s supply chain and operations before his promotion.
