Xiaomi M1 Looks Like “Galaxy S II + iPhone 4″ Clone (update: not really)

Xiaomi M1

We have just introduced to you guys about Xiaomi MIUI ROM, and we did told you guys that they will launch a smartphone in the coming month. But before hand, we spotted the Xiaomi M1 smartphone design on a MIUI fan boys website, and now the photo had been removed (don’t worry we still got it here) already, maybe this is because it is not the final design yet. But we can see the phone looks like Samsung Galaxy S II as well as iPhone 4. Specs after the break.

UPDATE: The “real” image of M1 is here.

Xiaomi M1 packs with a Qualcomm dual-core 1.2 Ghz CPU, a 4-inch 854×480 Sharp Super-LCD display, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, custom MIUI based on Android 2.3, and said to have millet chat that provided the same functionality as iMessages in iOS 5. Lastly, it would be priced around $1,600 yuans ($250 USD), which is way cheaper than iPhone 4 ($3,999 yuan from China’s Apple store).

The original render of the M1.

The website declared this isn’t a leak, and they are confidence to speak out Xiaomi will be marketing the device using online channels such as Twitter, Facebook and Micro-blogging web sites, also the phone will ship and available around the mid of August or the early September this year, and possibly dress up in different color to amaze us.
