YouTube app is pre-loaded on every iPhone and iPad since the first day out. However, China’s iPhone and iPad do not include YouTube, since YouTube is banned in China. Therefore, a Chinese video site will take over YouTube’s position, and that is…
Youku! We call it as a Chinese version of YouTube. According to TechNode, a rumor from a trustful source claimed,
“Victor Koo, the founder of Youku, has met Steve Jobs to discuss the possibility of having YouKu app pre-installed for iPhone officially sold in China.”
Well, if this is true, we may see Youku comes pre-installed on iOS 5.0 for China’s iPod touch, iPhone 4, iPad, and iPad 2. That will be the best solution to replace YouTube in China.

Moreover, we have checked Apple.com.cn, we can’t see YouTube or Youku app icon on the home screen of the white iPhone 4.
