iPad Menu Gets Hot In China!

iPad Menu

Using iPad as menu has become a useful advertising strategy to dominant the flow of customers in China. Apparently, it is because there are not many people in China have tried using iPad before. In fact, the use of iPad menu would increase its competitiveness among the others, where most customers are more likely to enter a restaurant that has iPad instead. But if you have an iPad, then that’s nothing special.

However, not all of the customers prefer to use iPad as a menu, some traditional customers would think iPad is terrible to use.

Wang Hong, the manager of a restaurant said that they can cut some waiters by using iPad to order food, “iPad helps us lower the costs, make the ordering convenient and bring fashion to the restaurant”. He added, there are already 25 iPad in use, costing nearly 100,000 RMB. After the May Day Festival this year, each table will have one iPad.

Is that preferable to install electronic ordering system on iPad menu?
Some luxury restaurant did already, but doesn’t seems worthwhile. Because it can costs up to 10 of thousands money for anti-theft system of its local network. Then this huge investment will be very likely to cause the restaurant increases its price level.

A less expensive way is to use the guest App of iPos. In this App customers can have your menu card on their smartphone and order themselves.
