Foxconn Seeks To Hire 30,000 Workers To Keep Up Production Level

The Chinese hell factory, Foxconn is now on recruitment, but this is only talking about the one that located in Wuhan. The factory has set up booths nearby train stations in Wuhan, which they are aiming to employ some 30,000 people to keep up its manufacturing rate during the Chinese New Year holiday.

The condition to be hired is so simple, just have to be over 16 years old and had been studied in high school. New workers during testing period can receive up to $2200 RMB (around $314) of salaries. After passed the testing period, workers’ wages will increase up to $2800 RMB (about $400).

Foxconn factory in Wuhan already employed over 20,000 workers however this will not be sufficient in this year, mainly because Foxconn is gradually moving the production lines in Shenzhen and Yantai to Wuhan. As a result, there will be about 50,000 workers in this factory.
