Silicone Cases for Next-Generation iPad

Alright, these images proved that the next-generation iPad is coming sooner or later. These colorful silicone cases claimed to be designed for Apple’s forthcoming second-generation iPad show the device with a rear-facing camera, as well as a space on the lower left corner that could be used to input an SD card. Or maybe HDMI output. Check out our wholesome of photos after the break.

We can confirm these cases are made for the next-generation iPad. However, these cases are only made for the prototype form, so the final retail version may not fit in these cases perfectly. According to our sources, the Chinese manufacturers have managed to get the physical specs (or even a prototype!) last month, and these cases are available for bulk sale in Shenzhen, with a minimum 1,000-unit order, for 10 yuan (about $1.50) per one.

unlike phone, I don’t think Steve Job’s and teamwork be as stupid as the general public make an iPad with useless real camera. Front camera is more practical and useful.

I wouldn’t read to much in the “SD-Card” slot opening. Apple has a solution for SD which works well for the people who need it, they have no need to address here.

As the opening is at the current speaker’s position, I would rather expect a much bigger speaker, which would indeed make a lot of sense.
